一.  每一家庭於註冊時應繳服務保證金 (每學年80元), 家長於完成其圈選或指派之 服務工作後, 即由工作聯絡人向服務組登記, 該家庭得於學年結束前退還保證金.

  二.  a. 家長於註冊時, 應填寫志願工作表(須服務 8小時),由服務組據此表分配工作.

值日交通服務時間: (8:45 12:15)

1.         上下學時間管理交通

2.         上下課時間管理秩序及安全

3.         幫忙辦公室雜務

4.         若有需要調班請自行找人並通知小組長

5.         請勿中途離開或早退

6.         上下課時間負責教室外整潔

     b. 注音班至六年級班學生家長除 a.之外須至班上輪值三小時.  

　

  三 .     凡已知完全不能服務之家庭,可在墳寫志願表時事先簽名表示顧意捐出所繳之服務保證金

  四.    凡新學年, 已知在本校擔任以下職務者, 免繳服務保證金: 教師, 顧問, 學校行政人員(組長,主任及主任以上), 理事, 家長會幹部(組長及組長以上)

  五 .    本辦法由理事會於一九九七年六月十日通過, 於二ΟΟ一年四月十二日修正.

   

　

(1)         A yearly payment of $80.00 per family is to be used for service deposit is required at the time of registration. When the assigned task is completed, and documented by the Volunteer Service Director, the family will get a refund by the end of the school year.

(2)         a. A completed volunteer service check-list (min 8 hours) is also required at registration. Each family will be assigned a task to complete based on the volunteer service checklist.

Item to Traffic & Emergency coordinator before and after school:

1.            Traffic control

2.            Recess patrol

3.            Help at the office

4.            If you can not fulfill the duty, find substitute and notify group 

               leader.

5.            Please stay whole Three and half hours at school.

6.            Keep outside of classroom clean

b. A 3 hours work to assist the teacher in class is required for one parent of each student in phonics class through class 6.

(3)         For those families who are not able to provide any volunteer service, a signature to authorize a forfeit of the service deposit is required at the time of registration.

(4)         These policies and procedures do not apply to families whose parents holds one of the following positions for the current school year: faculty (teachers and consultants), School Administration (Group Leaders, Directors and higher), School Board Members, and PTA Administration (Group Leaders and higher).

(5)         The above policies and procedures were approved by the School Board on 6/10/1997 and were revised on 4/12/2001.
